Not getting a mentor...simply the best move you can make. You would be surprised how many veteran Business Executives would be happy to mentor a young person. Put a post out to your LinkedIn audience and see who responds.
They move hastily. They don't take time to create a plan that offers growth and expansion, they only seek to resolve the problem in front of them, sometimes creating larger issues as a result.
