Question for those of you who are mortgage brokers and / or those with real estate lending products: Given that the Fed just issued an interest rate decrease and that the market is anticipating another 2 decreases up to (likely) 50 basis points by the end of the year, what products do you have to incentivize buyers to purchase now vs. waiting until year-end to make their purchases? Ex. products that do everything from allowing a buydown of rates to those allowing the option to refinance at a lower rate for low to no cost one (or more) times in the near term.
