Most people have it wrong in that they believe their customers should be their number 1 priority because without customers, businesses would fail. While the last part is true, it is your employees, taking care of those customers, who should be your number 1 priority. Without exceptional employees, those customers would never know how important they are, nor would they know the exceptional services you offer. At Damage Control, we celebrate our employees, their skills, their accomplishments, their compassion and their willingness to learn. Three long term employees have begun the journey as stockholders working toward a percentage of ownership of Damage Control, as I look forward to continuing working with new partners.
