Dear Sensitive Healer:

Your therapeutic container is magic.
The space that you hold for your clients is invisible and easy to dismiss.
When you acknowledge the power of a grounded, safe space for transformation, you honor the value of your energy and intention.

Long before
The clouds gather
The winds blow
And the waves churn,
A sensitive knows
That a storm is coming

If you identify as a sensitive, and you have honed your gifts of perception, you are way ahead of others in sensing discord, incoherence, static and rumbles of change.

Do you value your built-in early warning system, or do you override it?
