Lucia, I didn’t want to simply jump in and say, “I’d love to be on your podcast,” so I took the time to actually listen first. 🎧🪷 I listened to your episode on human witnessing, because I wanted to understand what you’re offering and the space you’re creating — and determine whether what I do might genuinely be a good fit for both of us.

One thing that really caught my attention was your conversation about becoming. I use that language in my own work and even on my website because I believe so much of our journey isn’t simply about getting somewhere — it’s also about who we are becoming along the way.

My own work grew out of one of the hardest seasons of my life — the death of my mom in 2018 after her journey with dementia. What I initially developed to help myself navigate that season eventually became the EMBRACE Model and the work I now share with others as they navigate their own hills and valleys.

So yes, I’m glad I paused and listened before simply raising my hand. 😊 I see some genuine alignment here, and I’d enjoy connecting and learning more about you and the Brave Women’s Community Center. 💜🪷
