Hi! Our family just moved to the Orlando area from Washington,DC. My husband retired from the military last year as an Air Force One pilot, and together, we own a company called Renala that provides playful and transformational retreats, Strengths coaching, events, and community to entire families - parents AND children.

We use the power of LEGOs, art, storytelling, games, and more to help families connect, build a stronger support system, and design a vision, purpose, and values for their lives together.

We are excited to get connected to the business community here and would welcome any recommendations on groups to connect with!

Hi everyone!

As a business owner, keeping up with customer inquiries can be challenging, especially during peak hours, after-hours, and even the upcoming holiday season.

I'm curious: How do you handle incoming calls when you're busy or off the clock? Do you have an in-house team or use an external service? What challenges have you faced, and what solutions have worked best for you?
