PRAY!✝️🙏 Then open my Bible and remind myself of God’s promises that He NEVER breaks! Then I Remember, He ALWAYS keeps His Word…I also remind myself from decades of experience the fact He doesn’t and NEVER has fulfilled them in MY timing! Nor in the WAY I wanted or expected!🤔 In retrospect, I found HIS WAY was ALWAYS better than mine though!!!😊✝️💕

If it's nice enough out, going for a walk can change your perspective.

I go out and serve someone. I last week bought some groceries for the person in front of me. Changed their life and my day became so much better.

I pray and remind myself that God always has good plans for us.

Pray and get a drink of tea.

I pray and read the Bible so I can focus more on the Goodness of Jesus and not my problem.

I surround myself with PRAISE AND WORSHIP MUSIC 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

“Breathe... It's just a bad day, not a bad life.”

Drink a 20oz red bull, turn the music up louder and get back to it!

Learned this acronym from a podcast a while back:

STOP:

S — Stop, or pause. T — Take a breath. O — Observe the body, thoughts, feelings, emotions, and physical sensations. P — Proceed with more awareness.

You are in control of your feelings.  Don't allow anyone or anything to ruin your day.  For example, a bad driver can't make you mad.  Only you can allow yourself to feel the way you do.

A walk helps! I make tea or coffee, take a few deep breaths. Once I'm feeling better, I call a friend, not to complain to her, but to see if I can assist her in any way.
