Hi everyone! I'm London Baileigh, a singer/songwriter from Texas, with songs on all the streaming platforms. As someone who's been performing since high school & does music full-time, I've struggled to make musical friends/connections because I'm always at my own shows; which is why I'm here! Please check out the South Florida Folk and Acoustic Music Festival. (sffiolk.org) and consider applying to the festival (Jan. 30-Feb 1). Applications open until Oct. 31st.

I'm not from Texas but I'm from Oklahoma! So I'm not too far from you. I would love to connect!

You may already know about this but I've found joining your local NSAI and going to the monthly chapter meetings is a great way to connect! We share our new songs together and get instant feedback every month. I've loved it for the community alone. It also has helped me find opportunities as a separate group was hosting songwriter line-ups where we have around 60 different performers swapping songs. You only perform one song sometimes, but I feel it is a fantastic way to showcase a song to an audience as well as hear a variety of cool people play.

So if you could find any local songwriting group (there are more than one) or songwriter showcases to be a part of, I think you would really enjoy it as I have.

Thanks so much for the info, I actually somehow have never even thought to look for a songwriting group- I’ve done the open mic thing but those are usually a miss. I just found you on insta, & listened to your down in Cozumel song- I really like it! Your voice is awesome! ❤️ hopefully we’ll see eachother around since you aren’t too far away!
