Ithink children would benefit from learning some Mindfulness. Iknow I benefit from it! I'll be self-publishing it, hopefully by the end of the year. Still need to write and illustrate it. Looking forward to the process.

Calling educators and caregivers of children. Iam a local veteran and author. Brave Mee books are designed to be entertaining as well as promote emotional intelligence.

As we go through life, pieces of happiness get stolen by things like cognitive distortions, anger, anxiety, and jealousy. Mee goes on adventures to get back those pieces of happiness by finding the truth, forgiveness, empowerment, as well as goodwill and gratitude.
