I want to keep working, making money, and living the lifestyle I enjoy. I'm not about to lose to competitors just because I was too lazy to keep up. I quite like being able to eat and have a roof over my head.
I'm not sure I need a motive to continue professional growth. I'm fortunate to be curious and am constantly learning, and hopefully growing, as a result. Great thought question Saki.
Always developing optimism and hope; keeping in mind you never what tomorrow will bring; seems as if there is always someone who will need a VoiceOver for something; thinking in terms of with those many in need there is bound to be an opportunity at some point down the road, somebody who will reach out to me to inform me of their need
If you are not motivated, you have not defined your "Why." Once you define your "Why" you can map out a path to personal development. Growth is key to success and understanding what areas you need to develop will enrich you.
Repeating the same old steps day after day without growth is a dead end.
Having a close network of people who prioritize personal development has been the key. We Mastermind five mornings a week for 30 minutes and have a strong leader committed to personal development who promotes it daily.
By not expecting it (motivation) 24/7-365. Acknowledging that I'm just human with ups and downs and yin/yang moments. With that "condition admission," I'm allowed to forgive myself for those rare events, and I can immediately generate actual, usable motivation. And move on with my day's set goals. Motivation is more often not about your state of business as it is about your current, if only momentary, state of mind. Always check and protect your mental health. 😇
I find spending time with other business owners who share a growth mindset keeps me charged up and anxious to continue my quest to learn and grow myself.
Great question! We all experience burnout from time to time so just knowing it is coming helps us be better prepared to get through it. Keeping my long term vision --what I want my life to look like 5 years from now -- in front of me everyday, is the most powerful way I have found for me to stay motivated.

Remembering the excitement my clients feel once they become new homeowners. I enjoy being a part of their journey.
