Hi all, I am Corttnee and I started my own property management company in Jan of 2019. I started with Airbnb/short term rentals and have grown and fluctuated properties throughout the last two and half years as owner have bought and sold properties and those have switched hands from me. I recently took over a Condo/lodge and am wondering if anyone else has a lodge they run under them. It is very self serve and we do not have staff on site all the time, at this time. I would love to discuss what I should and shouldn't be managing as we have a hired out cleaning crew who takes care of the units, but I clean and maintain the pool/common areas and booking/reservations. Thank you in advance, it is a trying and changing time for us all.
