Born and raised in Jamaica, I began cooking at an early age and bring more than 33 years of experience in catering, personal-chef services, restaurant operations, and specialty food production. My business brings the bold flavors and warm hospitality of Jamaica to Central Texas through handcrafted jerk marinades and dry rubs, mobile catering, private dinners, winery pairings, and elevated culinary experiences.
