When you’re having a bad day – or just trying to start the day off on the right foot – what are your favorite (or most important) mental health habits?

You know what I mean – the activities that help recenter you, and feel more whole, focused and relaxed, like:

🏋🏻 Exercise

🧘🏾‍♂️ Meditation

🍁 Being in nature

🎧 Listening to music

For example, here’s some of my favorite habits that work best for me:

🚶🏾‍♀️ 1: A good walk help me gather my thoughts while listening to Crime Junkie Podcast.

🎧 2: Listening to Neo Seoul music while cleaning around the house just to get my body moving and thoughts clear.

📖 3: Reading a good book. Currently reading Black Cake, can't wait to see the movie.

I’ve learned by now that, when I stop and take the time to do these things, it makes everything better and helps me function better ❤️

What about you? What are the most important habits you have for your mental health? I’d love to hear!
