How We Got Started
We got started at a conference in 1999.
Our founder, Charlotte Terrell connected with Angela Eason, of Microworks, who taught technology to inner city women who were trying to positively change their lives. We came in to offer impactful self esteem workshops, to the women, and IMCA was born! Since 1999, IMCA has changed and continues to evolve.

Being grounded comes from a place of genuineness and stability. This is always a good start. The world is looking for realness and peace. We should all be grounded in all we do, it leads to truth and comfortability, and this is the best way to function, in life.
