I am a start-up home based travel agent. Being a start up, my marketing/advertising budget is very small. Any recommendations for getting leads?

LIBRARY LIBRARY LIBRARY ... Get tons of books on Social media and start there. Then create a Later.com account and schedule your posts. See what comes of that. Good Luck!
P.S. NO ONE's "warm market" works. It's always outside of that circle that you honestly make the most sales.
