Hi! I'm Cindy and as business profitability coach, I am ready to assist business owners with strategies for putting more cash in their pockets. I can help you reduce your stress by tackling and resolving your most pressing business concerns that keep you up at night. I also guarantee my work. I have a background in community relations, training and development, health and wellness, business strategy, mentoring, coaching, marketing and business profitability. I have an MBA from California Lutheran University and executive marketing strategy class work from Stanford University's school of business. I previously worked at two different international medical marketing agencies creating initiatives to better position products at Amgen and other pharmaceutical and medical device companies for product launch and growth.

During and after the pandemic I did a lot of 'pro bono' work to support small business that were negatively impacted by COVID business restrictions and shutdowns in Los Angeles. I was an Expert in Residence for the Valley Economic Alliance in the city of Los Angeles and was a support person to several small businesses that needed another pair of hands for strategy and marketing. I also worked with the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce and the San Fernando Valley Foundation on job retention and workforce development initiatives. After coaching and supporting so many small businesses and non profits I decided to open my own coaching business as I knew first hand how to help businesses survive, grow and thrive.
