Hello, I am wondering if anyone could give me some advice. Here's the situation, I worked for a bar for three weeks, I got my first check after it somehow didn't get deposited into my account but I received a check stub, the owner hand it to me directly. I never received a second check, which was equal to 18 hours worked. I threatend him with the OIG. He finally messaged back saying he has all his records right and told me when the checks were supposedly gave to me and then cashed. Both of them. I never received my second check. I asked him who he gave my check to and where it was cashed and no answer. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with anything like this . Any advice would be appreciated.
