New Home Construction
In 1969 Sam Juffe Graduated from Drexel University and moved to New York City to work for Bechtel as a Chemical Engineer. In 1971 he was offered to join his cousin to start a home building company in Southern New Jersey. It represented an opportunity to own his own business and pursue his passion in the engineering field. He started with one home and slowly grew his business into over 100 homes a year in the southern New Jersey Area. In 1992 Sam expanded his business into York County. This excellent area began to rapidly expand and he built thousands of home and apartments throughout South Eastern Pennsylvania. His success was built upon the high quality standards and customer satisfaction.

In 2003 his eldest son, Josh, joined the family business working under Sam to expand their home building division. Soon after, Jon Juffe joined the company and headed up the land development and acquisition section of the company. In 2003 the three brothers, Josh, Jon and Zach formed Tri Corner Communities. Zach, upon finishing college in 2008, joined his brothers to further expand the home building section of Tri Corner. Tri corner has poised itself for future expansion and has made a name for themselves in the area by providing the utmost quality and customer service.
