How We Got Started
I'm not sure why I wanted to get into real estate but I had an inclination to try it. I passed the test and went to work for local company in Feb 1980, then decided to open my own business in March 1990, then bought another operating business with the Coldwell Banker franchise in 1994, changed our name and incorporated, then in 2021 dropped the franchise and continued on.... here we are today ready to assist another customer that is ready to sell or buy....

I am a landlord, I am interested in the results of this poll. As a landlord I can say that my mortgage payments, taxes, insurance, and property maintenance expenses have not changed so I expect to collect rents as usual. However, I am flexible with tenants making partial payments throughout the month with no penalties, if a tenant is putting forth an effort trying to make ends meet and keeping me informed I will work with them and I would consider a slight reduction in rent if it made a real difference to them, if a tenant is taking advantage of the situation I am ready for them to move.

Commercial and Residential are two different worlds in real estate. There are many different aspects of the two property types from zoning to different type of construction and design, and lenders have completely different views and requirements to obtain financing.
