What one function would a small to a medium-sized company like to outsource to allow for more time to focus on their services?

As a graphic designer, the internet has allowed me to have clients from almost any location. Through the pandemic, I have added Facetime and Zoom's services with much success. It is one extra way of making a personal connection. I find the process very productive, and my clients are pleased.... I think extended child care and elder care services will be in demand. I saw below where someone had the idea of child care walkers. It is a good idea. I know several families with young children trying to work at home that would love to get their children out in the fresh air for an hour or two.... I know several families with young children trying to work at home that would love to get their children out in the fresh air for an hour or two. More families may want to keep their parents at home. Home visits a walk, shopping for their needs would also be welcome services for many. This discussion is a great one to have. I will keep thinking about it.
