My background in design, engineering, construction, development and the high level of professional performance is doing public construction projects. Collectively, I understand the needs of all the parties involved and prepare drawings, specifications and contract documents that are realistic, void of a lot of legalese typically found in traditional practices. So with me, design is just not about architecture, its applied to the construction, engineering and the contracts needed to execute them. Â
