The biggest issue with staff in the food and beverage industry is finding loyalty and skilled people to do their jobs. It has nothing to do with age but with attitude. No matter how many incentives are offered, most people in F&B will jump to the greener grass on the drop of a dime.

Thanks Marc! First off, you had me at whiskey and bbq! Sounds like a perfect match for Bourbon Fat. :-)

I'd love to understand more about the loyalty piece. Seems to be a recurring theme in the thread. Any theories why you don't see much of it? What seems to work best in getting loyalty?
