How We Got Started
Pro- Draft started 35 years ago in my home. We started as blueprinters and sales and service of blueprint machines.
Anyone remember blueprint machines?
Our business has changed dramatically AND we have changed along with it providing state of the art KIP, HP & EPSON large format printing systems.These systems print everything from posters & architectural prints to huge outdoor banners and signs of all types.

We sell equipment so we also add delivery, setup and networking which sometimes are services that must be purchased outside of the sale when a company orders from a big box store. The only thing someone can get from a big box store is price. Sometimes you don't even receive the correct product!
My family misses two pharmacies. They have held on until now but are closing. Both are personal friends and we feel for them. The big box stores have driven them out.
The prices for meds a a little cheaper not much...

I have many customers use banners. I do believe that selling a product rather than a service is quite effective.
Builders selling condos, apartment rentals, restaurant specials, coming soon etc.
You see it every where!

We have many customers. I would say our clients are never a problem but we have had our share of non paying customers. I usually visit them in person. All you can do is inform them they are late, then later send a notice, then later send another. At some point small claims court notice which...

All you can do is inform them they are late, then later send a notice, then later send another. At some point small claims court notice which informs them we are serious. At this point you can probably collect but never be able to do business with them again. But that's OK.
It is best to know your competition and their prices. Sometimes people just say that!
If they persist I may throw an additional service I may offer while we are there installing their machine which they probably need anyway.
