When looking for storage, cleanliness is our biggest factor. As a moving company, we want to make sure that our clients items are stored somewhere reliable and comfortable for the client.

When looking for storage, cleanliness is our biggest factor. As a moving company, we want to make sure that our clients items are stored somewhere reliable and comfortable for the client.
Clean painting, sharp looking construction. Fresh looking block walls is superior to fully metal buildings. A prominent office location is helpful. A staff of 2 people is a good sign too. Many places have only one and he/she may often be off site with no access.
You will pay more for a safer neighborhood, but you may like that option as it feels safer.
Check the unit out and make sure its clean in side and in the halls.
For your moving company, flat and smooth concrete is ideal to get to and from the unit.
24 hour access is ideal but in most cases, you probably wont be there outside day light hours.
