I believe a successful manager / recruiter etc, is the one who has a boring day , he/she did a good organized job so, nothing was wrong the way he/she set up the plan/task. As far as it is about being busy , depends on how you treat your mind and body to makes you think your are busy, in one word balance and being organized is what you always need.
