About Us
We are a locally owned meal prep store. We help people eat healthier, while giving them more time. You can order your meals on line and we will custom make these meals for you. Our front freezer is also full of meals ready to grab and go!! We also offer a full grab and go salad bar Tuesday thru Saturday and hot homemade soup for lunch Tuesday thru Friday.
