Founder Overview
Federico Amaya is the founder and visionary behind The Buyers & Sellers Club. He has over 20 years of experience as a contractor for residential real estate and has spent several years as a certified inspector. He has a strong reputation as a hard worker with a high-quality perspective and communicates with a clear leadership style and unprecedented levels of integrity.
Federico is motivated to succeed in growing this business. As a devoted father to two teenage daughters, he is committed to creating positive change in the world in a way that impacts the next generation meaningfully. Being an entrepreneur allows him to break through boundaries and create new paths forward. He is using his position to create access to prosperity for families.
During the 2008 housing crisis, Federico worked with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae supporting a variety of services and witnessed several evictions. In this time, he witnessed families in hardship and envisioned a larger solution to stable housing and independent wealth-building. This was when his vision for The Buyers & Sellers Club was initiated.
