Hi, I have worked with a number of male clients in their homes.  If they are referred to me, I get information from that person first. I ask, tell me why you are referring this person to me? Then I have some background to work with. Next I set-up a phone meeting to learn about the person's needs and intentions.  From there I talk about my way of working and my policies.  Also, I want to know about location.  I want to feel safe.  When an appointment is set-up, my choice is for daytime. No late night appointments.  This has worked out for me. I hope this information can be helpful.

I do the same. Mostly are referrals though.    I always tell my husband or my daughter on those days just so someone knows where I am    I have never had a problem.  Always respectful.
