We have started a "Tell Your Story" Event for submissions and will print them in a local Magazine.  You have to be creative and ready for change in times such as theses.  Keep your goals in concrete but make your plans in Sand - be ready to change course.  Our best to all who are struggling and we will survive. Some times this is hard to measure! “Did you get new Clients” well maybe not right away but the fact that your company supported the charity will bring success your way because the perception in the community is that you care and want to help will make YOU top of mind out in the world! Just like PR - it is hard to measure but giving to a charitable cause will bring you wealth you never even dreamed of!

Local news media is one of your best as well as social media. Always good to have grass roots efforts first and then hire PR professionals. (more) Local news media is one of your best as well as social media. Always good to have grass roots efforts first and then hire PR professionals.

Reach out and go from the customers point of view. You are here to serve and maybe a small thing easily remedied to make it all well again. Remember to be honest and hear their concerns before reacting. We all can use a little room to make ourselves better.
