W. E. Shaw, Buddy Shaw started working for several P & C agencies in the 70's and helped them start offering employee benefits (health, dental, vision) to their clients. In 1988, he decided to start his own company doing the same thing. Buddy has been helping businesses navigate the complex and frustrating world of shopping for employee benefits and finding the right coverage at the best price for 30 years.
