How We Got Started
In 2013, Susan Daniel established Sea Glass Yoga & Wellness in the beautiful town of Henniker, NH. Here we apply the Maha yoga practices developed by Swami Nirmalananda, teaching asanas (poses), pranayama, and turning inward pratyahara gives you the experience of your own divinity. We provide a relaxing, boutique environment embued with mountain energy.
