Such a legendary history makes a short description of BES difficult. Start with operating in one location since the 70s and add a parade of technology and talent through those years and today, you have an iconic shop with tons of experience and creativity, boxes full of awards and very happy clients. With no limits on capabilities, we produce, commercials, films, documentaries, web content and branding content for retail, healthcare, and history related clients. Turnkey or boutique services are offered from our almost new 13,000 square foot facility near historic downtown Richmond with a 40 x 40 studio with two wall cyc, three post suites, two audio suites and complete makeup/green room & kitchen. Did we mention the most talented, friendliest, easiest team to work with on the east coast? And then there's the ping pong and shuffleboard.
Guy Spiller and his wife Karen were operating a teleproduction truck doing live events in the mid 70s. Weekends were spent working not living. The truck got parked around 1976 or so in a warehouse off Midlothian. Bill Meade purchased the firm in the mid 90s. The rest is history. Today his daughter Christi Garrett runs the show.
