SpeakUpSis® is dedicated to empowering and supporting kingdon visions through media, events, coaching, and community-driven initiatives.
Angel C. Wright, M.Ed. started SpeakUpSis® in August 2018 after she resigned in July 2018 from her 17+ years career in education and advocacy. Angel often says she created for other women what she needed for herself at the time - community.
The SpeakUpSis! Experience was the first space created on September 9, 2018 within the SpeakUpSis® enterprise. It gave independent, self-published, female authors an opportunity to share thier personal stories via their books to facilitate conversations with other women about the often overlooked and quieted "hard stuff" of our lives. The Experience was a success, and as they say, the rest is history being made."
Currently, SpeakUpSis, LLC consists of SpeakUpSis® Podcast, SpeakUpSis® Bookshelf, SpeakUpSis® Experience, SpeakUpSis® Conferences (Everyday Woman Series™), SpeakUpSis® Workshops, SpeakUpSis® Magazine, and SpeakUpSis® Awards.
