First look at your agreement with them as to payment terms. PAID IN FULL UPON COMPLETION  is the most important line the agreement. Face to face works get on collection, meeting the at there convince. Oh I just happen to be in your needihood at that time. Be straight up with them and let them... Face to face works get on collection, meeting the at there convince. Oh I just happen to be in your needihood at that time. Be straight up with them and let them know your a small family firm and what is going to take to make them happy so that you may receive your past due payment. Any money due after completions is past due. You can always let them know the accountant is getting on your butt for this open invoice. BE NICE and again ask them what is it going to take to make them happy so that you may close out the account. One of theses options works for me every time . Good luck and be persistent.
