About Us

Welcome to a place of resilience, recovery, and real support. My name is Ashlie Walton and I am a certified Trauma Recovery Coach with PCC credentials from the International Coach Federation (ICF). I specialize in helping first responders and military service members overcome the unique challenges they face due to their demanding roles in society.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a supportive environment that promotes healing and growth. We understand the toll that high-stress professions can take on mental health and overall well-being. That's why we offer tailored coaching services designed to address the specific needs of those who serve and protect. Whether it's dealing with trauma, managing stress, or simply seeking a healthier work-life balance, our goal is to guide you towards achieving lasting personal and professional fulfillment.

Our Services

Individual Coaching: One-on-one sessions that focus on your unique circumstances and goals.

Group Workshops: Collaborative settings where peers share experiences and support each other’s growth.

Online Resources: Access to a range of tools and materials to support your journey, available 24/7.

Our Community

In addition to our coaching services, we host the Tactical Living Podcast—a resource packed with insights, tips, and inspiring stories from fellow first responders and military members. We also administer the POLICE, FIRE, MILITARY AND FAMILIES Facebook group, a community dedicated to sharing resources and fostering connections among those who serve.

How We Got Started

I am married to an officer, and together we've experienced firsthand the challenges that the demanding lifestyles of first responders can impose on what many consider a "normal" American life. Motivated by our shared experiences and a desire to redefine normalcy, we created a platform dedicated to supporting first responders. Our goal is to provide a space where they can address the burdens they carry and find ways to thrive within the realities they face every day.

In addition to our coaching practice, which focuses on trauma recovery and resilience, we delve into the personal stories and human experiences behind the badge on our podcast, Tactical Living. Through this platform, we explore the emotional and psychological landscape of those who serve, offering insights and support to help them navigate their unique challenges.

Every single day, we choose someone in our circle to express how much we love, honor and appreciate them. Sometimes it's a text and other times it's a handwritten card for a barista. Furthermore, we get specific on why we love, honor and appreciate them in relation to something that we took notice of in recent time. This is an incredible way to strengthen relationships and is a tactic that I teach all of my clients.

We buy nearly everything online. The only items that we purchase in-person tend to be produce. Despite the ease that technology allows, it seems like nobody cares about picking out that perfect peach as much as you do, right? (more) We buy nearly everything online. Many high-level performers and first responders have hours that are anything but your typical 9-5. Does this mean that lunch has to be at noon? OF COURSE NOT. Maybe you wake up at 3am like me and eat lunch at 9-10am. I get you!
