About Us
From the beginning, there has been ink running in our veins. And we’re extremely proud of our origin as printers. The art and craft of putting ink on paper remains the mainstay of our business. The end result is consistently exceptional reproduction, however; the steps from beginning to end have changed extensively, and will continue to do so.
One thing is for certain –– J&A has, and will, continually reinvest in our people and facilities to utilize the latest and finest equipment, software, materials and know-how available in the printing industry.

I know that this question was asked last summer, but I'd like to add my 2 cents. We've been using a chat application for a couple of months now. While we do not get a ton of traffic to our site, it is great to have an alternate contact method for customers not wanting to fill out a contact form.
It's also great to be able to engage the visitor and initiate a simple store front greeting like, "Hi I'm Josh. Just let me know if we can help with anything.". With the Chat App we've been using, we're able to see which pages visitors are viewing, in real time. This comes in very handy for marketing. For instance, let's say that you're running a Google Adwords campaign and you've created a landing page for it. When a visitor comes to your site, you are alerted by an audible "ding" and you can see that they have landed on your Google Adwords landing page. This is a great opportunity to engage them before they bounce from the page.
We pay around $20/month for 2 users. It's a fairly inexpensive option in my opinion and was easy to set up.
