I’m Olivia Streeton. I’m the founder of Arcadia Home Delivery. During my more than 20 years in furniture logistics, I became all too familiar with damages, long lead-times, and the excuses we received from other furniture delivery companies. Knowing that we could do better, we started Arcadia in 2018.

We’ve put a lot of time in creating a strong, consistent, worry-free delivery process. We also hired the best drivers and workers we could find. After all, to have a good product, you’ve got to have caring, hard-working employees. We do.

I love Arcadia and the people who work here. It's our overriding goal to take the stress off the designers and decorators we serve. Of course, we’re not perfect. But what’s different about us is that we’ll listen to your concerns so we can work together to fix the problem.
