I graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering, and I used the skills I had to achieve that in order to try to achieve a Project Manager. Over decades, I have learned that is not sufficient. I learned that it is RELATIONSHIPS that make a project successful or not. This is beyond good communication, or complete document updates. With that in mind, I am pivoting all of that project management and systems engineering into a business for people to make strong relationships by growing and sharing food together.
I retired from my corporate position as a Project Manager, and then worked as a contract project manager for several firms. By having experience as an "outsider", I was able to crystallize the lessons I had already learned in my corporate role. My first focus is Project Managers only, but now I have expanded to teaching ANYONE about developing the authentic relationships that are important to them.
