"Harald and his team have created a dry-to-the-touch all-in-one solvent/lubricant with high adherence, so it's good from a high usage perspective. That said, it's also a great protectant for the 'safe queen' weapons you don't employ frequently: it doesn't run like oil and isn't a 30 minute clean up as with cosmoline. A clear winner ! "I use Opal exclusively for all my 3 gun events. Opal's 308 round is dead on at 500yds (I have not shot it further out). Their 5.56 is flawless: no jams, no dead rounds, the powder leaves very little residue, allowing cleaning to be more intermittent. Out of 1000 rounds of 9mm I had a single malfunction across 2 matches. Looking to get more ! I only wish they loaded 12ga too. Steve, Down Range Dynamics."
