Why am I posting about technical help on social media?
I have been asked, why do I post my help to non-technical people, on social media? Because surely if someone is on social media, they already know how to get around a PC.
The answer - I have had people from many backgrounds ask me personally, if I can help a family member, friend to feel at ease with using a PC or cell phone, I do it. This includes individuals who have a distrust or other issues involving a cell phone, PC software/hardware.
I have been doing this for a long time since 1982. The training I do is done by live phone, and in some cases, email. So if you know someone who hates technology, my phone (and text) is 940-205-7325.
