Tami Holladay Coaching
Hi, I’m Tami Holladay a Leadership + Community Facilitator with a master’s degree in counseling and founder of Holladay Coaching.
As a recovering control-freak and high-achiever, I know what it’s like to carry a full plate - business, family, responsibilities, and expectations, and still feel like you're always behind.
That’s why I help business-minded leaders (small business owners, working parents, and everyday professionals) take back control of their time, energy, and routines so life feels more doable and more aligned to what matters most.
At Holladay Coaching, I combine practical leadership skills, mindset tools, and real-world strategy to help you simplify what’s overwhelming and focus on what matters most. With 20+ years of experience in counseling, coaching, leadership, and personal growth, I walk alongside clients through both the mess and the momentum of real life.
Whether it’s through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or our monthly membership for women who are tired of holding it all together alone, I teach tools that help you:
Set up systems that actually support your day
Create routines that match your real life
Manage time and energy with intention
Quiet the overthinking and constant go-mode
Make confident decisions that align with your values
I also bring in Enneagram insights to help you better understand what’s driving you and what might be getting in the way.
I believe change doesn’t have to be dramatic or perfect. It starts with noticing what’s not working, and making one simple, doable shift at a time. That’s where freedom, focus, and happiness begin.
If you’re ready to build a life that works for you, I’d love to walk with you.
For over 20 years, I’ve helped people navigate life’s messier moments, as a counselor, mentor, leader, and entrepreneur. Before starting Holladay Coaching, I worked in counseling, led nonprofit teams, supported women in life transitions, and served in ministry and missions. I’ve also lived the reality of being a pastor’s wife while raising a family and managing a lot behind the scenes.
Those experiences shaped how I work today, with practical tools, honest support, and deep respect for what real life looks like. I hold a Bachelor’s in Family Studies, a Master’s in Counseling Ministries, and I’m a certified Enneagram Coach - a tool I use to help people understand what drives them so they can create a life that fits.
