How We Got Started
I had 20 years of experience as an organizer and 15 years working as a private caregiver specializing in clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Those skills gave me the ability to be a very efficient Senior Move Manager.

When I started my Senior Move Management business 10 years ago, getting repeat business never even occurred to me. When a client or their family contacts me to re-move them because they were so pleased with the level of service I provided, I know I am in the perfect line of work for me.

Nobody wants to feel left out! I gather business cards, take them home and sort them. If there is a contact I may be able to work with, I arrange for a coffee date to learn more about them and their business. I love to find out why people do the work they do. And most business owners are more than happy to share that information
Being able to help Seniors navigate through an extremely difficult passage in their lives - moving to a retirement community. Alleviating some of their stress is incredibly satisfying. I love my work

I face this issue all of the time. I simply say that my fees are based on my knowledge and experience. I have a very good reputation and the references to prove it. Not every client is a perfect fit. I have learned to accept that and move on.
