Sellers - Flat Fee MLS Listing Plan: How it Works
Here's how it works:
- Pay only a low flat fee to list on MLS.
- There is no commission due to NJ Real Estate Boutique for listing your property.
- If a buyer's agent/broker from any real estate company brings you a buyer and takes it to closing, you pay only 2% - 3% commission to the buyer's agent/broker.

Our company will give you up to 2% of the purchase price of the property at closing.
