First off, the others who have commented are right in the only ways forward, are others who have those talents and skills, a Joint Venture were you become more of a consultant / advisor .... Second... This sounds more like a permanent decline or long term problem with an ongoing disability of indeterminate % of disability.... Plan for the worst, and if that does not happen, you will be in a better position to regain your momentum...
