Our ATC certification High Impact Manager™ (HIM) program provides managers with the practical knowledge they need to become Workplace Aligned and Successful. HIM is a 12 month/24 topic program delivered in a combination of online and in-person group or 1-on-1 training or online only. Participants learn how to implement 24 habits that a HIM will use to help them boost their management performance and bring about organizational success.
