Provides a safe, noncompetitive environment for likeminded business owners who seek advice from their peers on "that topic" that has been keeping the business owner awake at night. These boards meet monthly and give the business owner time to work on their business. A seat at The Alternative Board (TAB) includes a face to face coaching session between meetings. Each member signs a non disclosure agreement so that we ensure complete confidentiality of discussion at a TAB Meeting.
Throughout the 26 year history of TAB your fellow TAB members become "invested" in your success and take pride in your achievements thus introducing an element of accountability to the board.
Members are introduced to the TAB process via our three strategic tools (Behavior profile, SBL & Business Vantage) as part of their membership.
