It has to be very focused, controlled and managed properly to avoid waste and abuse. Also looks like no one understands why there is shortage of employees. If a business wants to grow or return to pre-pandemic level but no one to do the job, any financial aids will be a waste (most likely). This demonstrates a very key principle: no business can exists without "employees" and "clients". May be businesses who have taken their employees as "disposable" are paying the price now and maybe should not get more assistance.

I have never been able to understand the rating for the business reporting. What does <25% mean? My business is less than 25% of what I usually do or I lost less than 25% of my business.  (more) I have never been able to understand the rating for the business reporting. What does <25% mean? I decided to be very creative and use something totally new and different than everyone else using social media. This will revolutionize how we do business, attract and retain clients: I talk to people in person, that's my new weapon - forget Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc... As a BNI member, I am connected to a large network of businesses. With time we develop a relationship, trust and provide referral to each other. Having a good web presence is also helpful for people who are totally outside of my area or even the country, they find me.  (more) As a BNI member, I am connected to a large network of businesses. This is a loaded question, just like some asking what's the best camera. The best one is the one you can learn how to use it and fits your needs. What do you need to do and how tech savy you are.

My greatest hindrance to growth is that I don't want to grow my business. I believe in sustainability and adaptation to market changes, not growth. I don't do any business with Facebook. It's not worth my time and money. Direct marketing is way more efficient for me - that way I get the clients I want.
