And we add that cost into our sale.

In our agreement or contract we state when and what percent of moneys we are collecting. 3 draws that way the work doesn't get completed till we are paid. 1st draw before we start. Last draw is the least amount to collect. Works for us.

There is nothing wrong with the BBB! and we have been a part of BBB in the past. However It has never hindered our company before or now. So we spend our market dollars else where. When you conduct professional business there should not be problems that can't be worked out!

Well it's not that I think its wrong. In my business 95% is referrals after 45yrs . It's hard to go door to door and ask people do you want to talk about a 35 to 55 thousand dollar pool!! Now we can go back to our older clients check on them and remind them of our referral program. $250 - $500...

Now we can go back to our older clients check on them and remind them of our referral program. $250 - $500 depending on size of pool. Which we do!! We gain new clients by networking as well. Personally I don't like to answer the door to someone I don't know. I also don't remember buying from someone door to door. I take that back I did buy alarm system once that way!
