Non-Pays & Late Fees: Last week, Atlantic Broadband announced we will not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Also, we will waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers might normally incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic.

Free WiFi Hotspots: Atlantic Broadband has opened up its WiFi hotspots so that the public has free access. A user within range will see the “AtlanticBB Free WiFi” option and will not need to provide any credentials to access.
