With 35 years experience in real estate technology I have worked with real estate associations, multiple listing services and brokerages on a national, state, regional and local level. As EVP of the Realtor Association of Maui implemented the latest technology for the MLS. Served 15 years as VP and CIO of MRIS, an MLS in the mid-Atlantic that now serves 88,000 subscribers. In addition to real estate I specialize in Salesforce CRM integration and computer systems support services.
How We Got Started
After 15 years in the mid-Atlantic I moved back to Hawaii and started Black Sand Consulting LLC to provide quality systems integration and IT Services to a wide range of clients.
